POLICY

Payments 

Payments are sent in three (3) installments.

  • 50% – Required for upfront cost to reserve your project

  • 50% – Due upon final project approvals and required to receive deliverables

All services require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upfront. Payments are accepted via paypal, square. The remaining balance must be paid after your desired service is completed 

 

Payment Plans 

  • Payment Plans are ONLY available for services over $300.00

  • With the payment plan option there’s still a deposit required

  • All Things Cre8 Agency, LLC will process payment(s) based on the date stated within the payment plan agreement document. 

 

Revisions policy 

  • Logo Design – 2 rounds of revisions free

  • Business Card Design – 1 round of revisions free

  • Web Design – 1 round of minor revisions free

  • Small projects / a la carte – 1 round of revisions free

**After the included revisions, there will be a fee for each round of revisions thereafter. The fee amount will be based on the complexity of the revisions. Clients will be notified the cost of each revision BEFORE revisions will be made to the project.
